TruckStopRx provides you with a physician or other medical professional in your state to establish a proper doctor/patient relationship with a paramedical exam completed by a licensed healthcare professional in your state on our behalf. A paramedical exam, relative medical history, and a copy of state-issued identification is required of all new clients prior to receiving a doctor consultation or prescriptions.

Medical consultations via online or telephone are legal when performed within the established federal, state, and local regulations including U.S.P.L. 104-191 § 1171.2, HIPAA, DEA 191-N, and in accordance with such governing bodies as the FDA, DEA, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and the American Medical Association. Our affiliated pharmacies have secured and applied for the necessary state pharmacy license where required.

A pre-authorization form must be completed and approved for any order to be fulfilled.
